How can we offer these fees?

It is simple- if we don’t have to deal with the insurance company, we can pass the savings back to you. Processing insurance claims is a hassle, and the delays eat away at our fees. XL Membership helps us eliminate these third-party issues- so our patients are able to receive dental care at a lesser cost.

Is there a limit to how much benefits can be used in a year?

Typically, with insurance there is a yearly maximum that they will pay out per person. This amount varies and depends on your plan. Usually it is between $1000 and $2500. With our XL Membership plan there is no limit.

Is there a limit as to what procedures the plan covers?

No. Most procedures are covered under the XL Membership plan. These procedures include, but are not limited to, fillings, tooth extractions, crowns, bridges, partial dentures, and complete dentures. In addition to dental implants and Invisalign.

Are Invisalign and Conventional braces covered?

Yes. Both procedures are covered, clear aligners like Invisalign as well as metal brackets, conventional braces.

If I am a member does that guarantee same day treatment?

Although we would love to be able to do same day treatment on all of our patients, sometimes our schedule does not allow for us to do so. If we can’t get your treatment completed the same day, we will get you in either the next day or that same week.

Is a deep cleaning considered to be a preventive cleaning?

No. However, during the initial exam an evaluation will be completed by our hygienist and the dentist to determine if a preventive cleaning or a deep cleaning is needed. A preventive cleaning is for those with healthy gums. A deep cleaning is needed when gums are unhealthy and the patient has what is called periodontal disease. You will receive 20% off the deep cleaning and 40% off the periodontal maintenance cleanings under the plan.

What happens at the end of the 12-month period?

Your yearly membership begins the day payment is made. In order to provide uninterrupted dental care, members will have automatic renewal. In the instance that you move or decide to no longer be a member, simply contact the office to cancel your membership. You will still receive all member benefits up to one year after the date of payment. Due to the nature of the membership program refunds and/or proration cannot be issued and will not be permitted.

Is there a limit to the number of family members on a plan?

No. There are no limits to the number of family members that can be added on the plan. (adult or children)

Membership Fees:

  • Single adult annual fee is $295
  • Double membership (2 adults) is $490 ($100 savings)
  • Family membership (4 members) is $980 ($200 savings)
